When Fantasy Lawns first organized in Spring of 1997. We provided ALL phases of Landscaping, from design, installation & maintenance. We provided Irrigation Installs, Tree & Palm Trimming, Fertilization and Pest Control all of this was provided "in house". We soon found ourselves over burdened and not providing services up to our own standards. We were not focused on who pays our monthly income ..... the Maintenance Customer. 

We decided to sub contract out all forms of Irrigation Repairs, Tree & Palm trimming as well as Fertilization & Pest Control. We contained new customer growth to the Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island & Rockledge Area. We use ONLY Qualified Services which we have Checked Previous Work & All important Legal Paper Work!

We still provide "select" landscape installs, those of which are only performed in the dormant season, all others are sub contracted out. Why ? So we could stay focused on Lawn & Landscape Maintenance, the cutting, edging, detail trimming and other work associated to weekly visits performed by our crews.  

We are focused mainly on Lawn & Landscape Maintenance, this is what we do best. 

Our company  strategy is to retain our present customers we have,  rather than always trying to make new sales, we decided to build long-term relationships with customers and build with a select client which fits this company goal. This is why we only service such a small area of Brevard County.

Emphasizing Quality offers an Edge in This Competitive Area. Maintenance contracts also make scheduling easier in that companies can schedule jobs on a daily basis, thus conducting business proactively rather than reactively. 

Monthly Maintenance Contracts are the backbone of our Services,  providing the steady income and the consistency any business needs to thrive. One Element of Quality Maintenance is Measuring up to the Client’s Expectations. Positive public perception of one's property is another fine example of quality. 

Quality work requires labor resources and top of the line equipment and as we all know "Time is Money", the cost of such services is not comparable to low cost operations whom mislead customers that they can provide services at a budget price. Then not do the work or skip services so as to reduce labor for such a cheap price. Remember "You Get What You Pay Fore"

We feel strongly that by emphasizing quality we are investing on the future growth of our company. Once an account has been brought up to our  standards, in the long run it is easier to keep it that way. 

We base our monthly price on 42 Quality Visit's per year, if we provided less visits by "skipping" service's  we could give a cheaper price but it would be at the cost of quality work and sacrifice of our goal's.

We ARE Focused on Consistent, Reliable Service. We bid out service contracts on realistic expectations SET BY THE CUSTOMER. We can and do provide very consistent basic service for those only wishing for the yard to be maintained. We can also provide those service beyond "maintenance" .... services which are directed at Enhancement!

What we WILL DO  do is strive to meet our Customer's Expectations thru Work Outlined  in our written contract. We  back this up with a customer referrals list with clients we have maintained for years. We encourage new clients to go by and look at the list of available property's we maintain, look at the over-all detail, look at specific areas, go and see what we do. 

We encourage new clients to be selective in choosing a Lawn Maintenance Service. Please call more than 2 or 3, ask for the legal paper-work, ask to see other properties they service, than make an educated decision based on your own personal expectations as well as a "first impression" you may have formed.

Ultimately the service you hire to meet your own expectations May NOT be the cheapest .... but They SHOULD  be the most consistent, dependable  & reliable one.
