Property Landscape & Turf Maintenance : We Can Create a Program which will Maintain or Elevate the Present Landscaping. We Provide 42 Weekly Visits to Perform Mowing, Stick Edging of ALL Edges Landscape Beds & Cement, Weed Whacking of ALL Standing Grass & Around Irrigation Heads, Careful Around Tree Trunks & Building Areas, Blowing of ALL Debris left Behind on Cement, Entrance Areas, Vehicles etc. Hedges, Shrubs & Flowers: Hedging, Pruning & Dead Heading to Maintain Optimal Plant Condition, Replacement of Dead or Sick Shrubs & Flowers. Flower Schemes Rotated for Variety 3-4 Times Yearly & Re-Mulched. Bed Mulching: Bi-Yearly or Quarterly Approximately 2-3" Thick (Click the Link for Info)
Maintenance We Sub Contract out to Local Companies: We have worked with before, checked all the proper paper work, such as Legit License, Insurance, Workman's Comp., Palms: Pruning of Smaller "Designer" Variety's such as Robellini, Sago's, Queens, Canary, etc. Taller Washingtonians, Palmettos, Etc. Qualified Expert Service to Produce a Healthy Clean Palm. All Palm Trimming from the 9-3 O'clock position ONLY, we do not suggest a "Hurricane Cut". Landscaping Design, Installation & Maintenance : Providing Design & Development too Ground Breaking & Installation Simple or Complex, Sod Replace, Creative Flower Beds, Single or Multiple Shrub Bed Installs or Exotic Palms Fertilizing and Pest Control: We suggest Black's Spray service, they have been on the Island since 1956. They Provide Expert Service which in return helps our crews Produce & Maintain a Beautiful Lawn & Landscape fore Our Clients. Sod: We Can Tear Out that Old Worn Out Turf Area and Lay Down New Sod Irrigation Maintenance: Monthly Check of Zones for Proper Working Conditions & Minor Repairs, Installs & Major Repairs Sub Contracted out to a Qualified Expert Service. Tree Work : Major Tree Clean Outs & Removals available.
