· Fertilizing: Grassè3-4 times a year (Feb. Weed & Feed, May premium fertilizer, optional June/July liquid Ironite additive, Oct. premium fertilizer.) Flowers, Shrubs & Palms è treated with food specific for the plant type

· Shrubs & Flowers: Replacement of dead or sick shrubs & flowers, in addition the flower scheme shall be rotated for variety 3/4 times a year. Budget set up required

· Mulching Available at a reasonable charge.

· Palm Trimming: Spring, Summer & Fall “Hurricane” Cut (11-1 o’clock) Available

· Azaleas & Acid Loving Plants a pH of 4.5 to 5.5 are most suited for azaleas. Lite Frequent of fertilizers are necessary, spring, summer, fall, and winter, pruned shortly after flowering Pruning after October 1st decreases next year's blooms
